Cash on Delivery

For the cash on delivery payment method, please keep in mind that:

Your billing and shipping address must be the same.
You cannot create a new order with the cash on delivery payment method by choosing a corporate invoice.
You cannot create a new order with the cash on delivery payment method until your current cash on delivery order has been delivered and payment has been rendered.
If your cash upon delivery orders are canceled by the system three times, you will no longer be permitted to order with this payment method in the future.
Customers whose cash on delivery payment method status is not active can’t create orders with this payment method.
